Data collected using an Aercus Instruments WS2085 weather station located seven miles away from our usual meeting place. Charts are generated and published by WeeWX running on a Rasperry Pi Zero W. The charts are weekly statistics updated hourly.
As a rule of thumb, falling pressure on the barometer reading indicates rain while rising pressure should see
the clouds start to disappear. Combined with keeping an eye on rising (getting damp) or falling humidity (drying) you should have a fairly good indication of whether rain is coming or going.
Reading the wind direction: -
0° & 360° = North
90° = East
180° = South
270° = West
