Roller hockey teams at Dundee

Play Roller Hockey

We play non-contact roller hockey every Tuesday in Bo'Ness Recreation Centre from 19:30-21:00. Beginners are welcome as the minimum skills required are simply to be able to stop and turn. You will need to have your own skates, knee pads, elbow pads and helmet (bicycle helmets are ideal). We play in either inline or quad skates plus our games use a lightweight puck so don't require heavy duty hockey protective gear, standard skate/skateboard pads are fine. We've plenty hockey sticks so let us know if you need to borrow one as they aren't kept at the Centre.

Cost is £25 per month paid in advance via bank transfer.

Intermediate to advanced players are welcome too although you must be happy to play at the level of our newest skaters regardless of your ability! Some of our members do occasionally play in tournaments against teams from around Scotland. This isn't essential as we play mainly for fun and fitness so feel free to come along to spectate and support at these if you prefer.

Beginners are welcome as the minimum skills required are simply to be able to stop and turn. If you can't stop or turn then ask about a lesson and we'll have you stopping and turning safely in one hour

We don't do drop in sessions and payment MUST be made in advance so contact us by emailing info@falkirkwheelers.co.uk if you haven't been before or are returning after a while.
